What is NetBet Max?
The NetBet Max is our reward system that recognises and rewards you for playing at NetBet. The more you play with your own funds, the more Experience Points (XP) you earn. As your XP grows, you advance through 28 levels, each one unlocking a guaranteed Level-Up Prize and, progressively, more valuable ongoing reward streams including Instant Playback, Weekly and Monthly Playback, as well as Weekly and Monthly Cashback.
Wait, what is Playback?
Playback is a small percentage of your stake returned to you as bonus funds on qualifying bets — win or lose. Unlike a standard win, it's not conditional on the outcome of the bet; you earn it simply for playing, calculated as a percentage of the amount wagered.
The percentage returned depends on the game type you're playing (for example, slots, live casino, and table games may each have a different rate), and the rate you receive is tied to your current loyalty level — higher tiers get a higher Playback percentage, up to the maximum rate at Centurion Elite.
Do I need to sign up for NetBet Max?
No. Enrolment is automatic for all eligible registered NetBet customers. No need to opt-in, your progress begins from your very first real-money bet.
How do I earn XP?
Experience Points ("XP") are awarded when a customer places eligible real-money wagers using their own deposited funds on NetBet products. Wagers placed using bonus funds, free bets, free spins, or any other promotional funds are not eligible to earn XP.
XP is awarded based on the amount wagered, as follows:
Casino
- Slots: £1 wagered = 1 XP
- Table Games: £10 wagered = 1 XP
- Live Casino: £10 wagered = 1 XP
- Video Poker: £10 wagered = 1 XP
- Arcade & Crash Games: £10 wagered = 1 XP
NetBet reserves the right to amend the XP earning rates for specific games, products, or promotions at any time. Any such changes will be reflected in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise communicated where applicable.

Your current level, badge name, and Experience Points progress are visible in your account. You can check your progress at any time by logging in and navigating to the NetBet Max section of your account.
How many levels are there?
There are 28 levels in total:
Levels 1–6: Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite
Levels 7–12: Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Amethyst, Diamond, Black Diamond
Levels 13–18: Champion, Ace, Elite Pro, Icon, Legend, Prestige
Levels 19–24: Reserve, Signature, Infinite, Private, Select, Elite Black
Levels 25–28: Premier, Premier Elite, Centurion, Centurion Elite
