NetBet holds Player funds separate from company funds in a dedicated bank account for the sole purpose of reimbursing users following the use of NetBet services. These funds cannot be used for operational expenses. All arrangements have been made to ensure Player funds in these accounts are distributed to Players in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy. This level of protection equates to the Gambling Commission’s “Medium protection” level rating of customer funds protection (for more information, see here).

11.1.        When you open an Account, you need to make a minimum deposit of £10 before you can play or bet. All subsequent deposits will be subject to a minimum deposit amount of £10. 11.2.        We do not charge you for making a deposit. However, your bank may charge you a fee. You agree that any amounts deposited in your Account will not generate interest.

11.3.        When you first open an Account, there are no pre-set deposit limits. However, you can impose limits and other controls at the end of the registration process. Please see Section 21 for more information.

11.4.        It is unlawful for you to deposit funds obtained from criminal, illegal or fraudulent activities into your Account (or to attempt to do so). In addition to the identity and age verification checks set out above, we are required by law to undertake certain anti-money laundering checks to prevent such behaviour. Accordingly, all your transactions will be monitored by us and we reserve the right to raise queries regarding the source of funds used to make deposits into your Account. We may, acting reasonably, suspend or close any Account if we are unable to verify the source of funds.

11.5.        In addition, deposits made to your Account should be commensurate with gambling. If we reasonably suspect that your use of the Services is not for the purpose of gambling (for instance, where a deposited amount has not been used for an appropriate level of gameplay or betting and you then make a withdrawal request in relation to that deposited amount), we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to:

11.5.1.     repay the respective deposit(s), less any costs that may have resulted in conjunction therewith, void any bets and deduct associated winnings and suspend and/or close your Account;

11.5.2.     withhold such amounts until we complete any requisite checks to comply with our internal, regulatory, or legal requirements.

12.1.        Any withdrawal request is subjected to a minimum amount of £10. If you want to withdraw an amount (excluding bonus monies) that is less than £10, you must contact Customer Services and you will need to pay any associated payment processing fees that we are charged in respect of the withdrawal.

12.2.        In order to cover the transaction costs, we will also charge a 1.5% fee on withdrawal requests of at least £500.

12.3.        The withdrawal fee will apply on the total withdrawal amount. Should your withdrawal be split between different payment methods, the total amount requested will be taken into consideration to calculate the fees and the fee will be applied proportionately to the split.

12.4.        We do not otherwise charge you to withdraw your funds. You will be clearly notified in the Withdrawal section of your Account if any withdrawal fees will be charged. It is possible that your bank or the payment solution may also charge you transaction fees, and these would be outside of our control.

12.5.        We only process withdrawal requests after:

12.5.1.     your identity has been verified in accordance with our customer verification policies and procedures;

12.5.2.     satisfactory proof of deposit has been provided if requested by us;

12.5.3.     your usage of the Services has been reviewed for any irregular playing patterns;

12.5.4.     we have checked that you have not made any chargeback requests for the funds.

12.6.        We reserve the right to carry out additional verification checks, including electronic checks provided by trusted third parties, required by applicable laws and regulations (including anti-money laundering) and/or by the relevant regulatory authorities. We are entitled to suspend or restrict your account in any manner that we may deem in our reasonable discretion to be appropriate, until such time as the relevant checks are completed to our satisfaction.

12.7.    If we reasonably suspect that your Account has been involved in any other suspicious activity, your Account will be suspended while our investigation is carried out into the circumstances surrounding the matter. While an Account is suspended, funds on the Account will be frozen and you will not be able to make withdrawals. Once the investigation is terminated and provided we have not reasonably verified that suspicious activity did in fact take place, the Account will be restored to normal and you can continue to make withdrawal requests in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

12.8.    Other than in circumstances where we are undertaking a reasonable investigation in respect of the gambling transaction in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, all withdrawal payments will be processed by us within 2 to 48 hours. However, please be aware that receipt of the payment may be delayed by, for example, your bank's clearance time, especially during weekends and holidays.

12.10.   We only permit withdrawals to the bank accounts or other third-party wallets registered in your name, using the same method used for your deposit. Any withdrawal requests to another bank account or third-party wallet, or using a different method, are subject to approval at our discretion and we reserve the right to reject such a request. In such circumstances, we will ask you to propose another method for the withdrawal. To mitigate the risk of incomplete financial transactions to/from an expired debit or prepaid card, we will not process payments on any debit or prepaid card that is due to expire before the end of the month in which the deposit or withdrawal is initiated.

12.11.     Withdrawal requests that involve bonus funds are subject to bonus terms and conditions as listed in promotional offers and on our Websites, including Playthrough requirements. If you request the withdrawal of bonus funds before the Playthrough has been entirely met, we will deduct the entire bonus amount as well as any winnings from the use of the bonus amount before approving any withdrawal. Please see Section 13 for further information.

12.12.  You are responsible for reporting or declaring any funds withdrawn, including any winnings, if such reporting is required by local law, tax or other authorities. We are not responsible for any taxes that may be payable by you whether on any bets, on any winnings or otherwise.

13.1.        Bonuses are only available to registered Players. Some offers may be restricted to specific countries or jurisdictions.

13.2.        Each bonus, promotion and/or special offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be made clear to you in the relevant offer. The conditions, amounts and release terms of bonuses, promotions and special offers are set at the discretion of NetBet and are non-negotiable.

13.3.        You acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms applicable to each bonus, promotion or special offer prior to taking part in the relevant bonus, promotion or special offer.

13.5.        Wagering requirements or Playthrough apply to our bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses awarded must be wagered a pre-defined number of times before associated pending winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will apply the time a bonus is accepted and/or credited to an account. If no such Playthrough requirement is expressly mentioned, the default Playthrough shall be:

13.5.1.     In respect to bonuses for sports betting – the Playthrough requirements as set out in paragraph 1.3 of the Sports Betting Special Terms.

13.6.        You will only be able to withdraw the winnings generated from any bonus after the applicable Playthrough requirement has been met. Any withdrawal request of monies linked to a bonus whose Playthrough has not been completed will invalidate the bonus including any winnings generated from the bonus.

13.7.        You may not participate in more than one bonus, promotion and/or special offer at the same time. If you trigger any other bonus, promotion and/or special offer while another is still active, the bonuses, promotions and/or special offers will queue in the Available Offers section of your Account.

13.8.        Deposits via Web-Wallets are not eligible to claim any deposit bonuses including a welcome offer or any other promotional reward code.

13.9.        When a Player confirms his participation in a bonus, promotion and/or special offer, any available cash balance will be used to wager first. Bonus funds are only used once your cash balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake.

13.10.     We reserve the right to label a Player as a "Bonus Seeker" if a Player has abused any bonus, promotion and/or special offer, including, but not limited to, behaviours such as:

13.10.4.   If a Player plays £200 or more from a bonus coupon without making any deposits to his Account.

13.10.5.   A Player only plays with bonuses, while withdrawing all the minimum deposits made to access the promotions.

13.10.6.   A Player repeatedly uses a bonus, promotion and/or special offer.

13.11.     If we deem you to be a "Bonus Seeker", we reserve the right not to offer you any further bonus, promotion and/or special offer and at our discretion, suspend and/or cancel your Account.

13.12.     All promotions are available at the discretion of NetBet and We reserve the right to vary, cancel or discontinue a promotion or any part of it. This will not affect Players who made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a Bonus, and/or commenced play in relation to the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the variation, other than where necessary to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviours.

13.13.     Although we make every effort to ensure their accuracy, sometimes a bonus or promotion of a special offer that is communicated to you may include typographical or design errors. In such situations, we may amend and correct the bonus, promotion, special offer and/or associated materials provided you have now already used the bonus, promotion or special offer.

13.14.     If technical issues arise such as disconnection, game freeze, or device issues during a bonus bet round, all game information and placed bets are stored until you re-open the exact same game. You may continue your unfinished round from the point of interruption by accessing the same game again. In the event that you are unable or fail to access the same game again and decide to place another bet elsewhere the meantime, the bonus balance will be voided and associated bonus winnings will be forfeited. This applies only to bets placed with bonus money. For real money bets, we may allow you to complete your unfinished round at any time and no potential associated winnings from real money bets are voided until you complete it. Where possible, customers will be informed via a pop-up message upon login and launching the game when an unfinished bonus round is to be completed. We will also tell you when a bonus round is forfeited.

29.1.        Any failure by us to exercise our rights under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a general waiver of those rights.

29.2.        If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that reflects as closely as possible the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Agreement will continue to full effect.

29.3.        This Agreement and any documents referred to herein represent the entire agreement between NetBet and you and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement, whether oral or in writing. We each acknowledge that we have not relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

Capitalised terms not defined in these Special Terms shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

1.1.    Placing a bet

1.1.1.        All bets placed are between two parties: NetBet and the Player. Each bet is considered valid as soon as the Player confirms their bet on the Websites and as soon as the confirmed stake appears in the Player's Account. Once the bet is confirmed, the Player cannot cancel or change it.

1.1.2.        We reserve the right to refuse to accept bets without giving notice, justification, or compensation.

1.1.3.        The Player agrees, when placing a bet that:        The bet is not affected by an event in which the Player is actively involved in any capacity whatsoever. In such cases, we reserve the right to void the bet(s) concerned.        In cases where information on the likely outcome of a competition might be announced during the period that the bet is being confirmed, NetBet has the right to cancel the bet concerned. For individual bets, this means that we will refund the stake to the Player's Account. For multiple bets, the bets will not be cancelled, but the odds will be calculated without taking into account the odds of the bet which was declared void, for which the odds will be set at 1.00.        we have the right to void a bet which is made on an event in which the results had been fixed or predetermined.        NetBet indicates the time and the time limit after which it is no longer possible to place a bet, regardless of the real start time of the event. We enforce the rule that the winner of a specific competition is the person or team declared the winner at midnight on the day that the event ends. Any change of results or classification arising after this time limit, for example due to a disciplinary measure, has no impact on the outcome of the competition stated earlier.        With the exception of bets placed on cricket, tennis and baseball matches, if an event (game or competition) is cancelled, postponed or pushed back to a later date, all bets already placed are still valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of its original commencement time. Otherwise, bets will be considered void. However, bets connected to results that have already been announced at the time of the suspension (for example: the result at half-time) will be paid as usual.        For all cancelled or postponed baseball games, all bets that have already been placed remain valid if the event takes place within 12 hours of the originally scheduled start time; in all other cases, bets will be void.        If competitions are presented incorrectly (for example: confusion between the home team/away team or an opponent who is not playing against the team shown), bets in relation to those competitions will be void.        If at least two competitors are declared winners (tie), the odds will be recalculated so that the Player's winnings are divided by the number of tied winners. For example: In a Formula 1 race, a scenario in which Lewis Hamilton has odds of 6.00 to win and Fernando Alonso has odds of 3.00 to win. If the two cars cross the finish line at exactly the same time, both are winners. If the Player bets £5 on a Hamilton victory, the winnings will be calculated as follows: 5 x (((6-1) / 2) + 1) = £17.50 winnings. If the Player bets £10 on an Alonso victory, their winnings will be calculated as follows: 10 x (((3-1) / 2) + 1) = £20 winnings.        If there are any mistakes/discrepancies with the names and numbers of a competitor, we will take the name of the competitor accounted for, for results of bets.     For bets placed on a tennis match, if a participant in the match abandons the match, the bet will be void and will be refunded. If it is a system or combination bet, the odds are reset to 1.00.     NetBet's recordings are definitive proof of the validity and limits of all the bets that Players place and the circumstances in which they were made.     Although every effort is made to ensure that information displayed on the Websites with regard to an event is correct, it is to be used as a guide only. In the event that any information (score, time of game etc.) is incorrect we assume no liability for this.

1.2.    Winnings from Sports Bets

1.2.1.        Winnings will be automatically paid into the Player's Account as soon as possible after the event is completed and they can be used immediately to place other bets. Bets on Outright/Winner markets will only be settled and paid after all games are played and the league/event is over.

1.2.2.        We reserve the right to correct any potential calculation errors in the Player's Account balance at any time, including with respect to bets where winnings have been awarded. We will contact the Player with details of the corrections made.

1.2.3.        Maximum winning limits apply to any one Player, or group of Players acting together, who have placed bets containing the same selections, including where placed in a series of bets. In the interests of fairness, we endeavour not to accept bets where potential winnings exceed maximum winning limits. If the Player has placed several identical bets (single bets or combination bets, single or multiple) and the winnings exceed NetBet's limits, we reserve the right to reduce the stakes that the Player has placed on these bets so that the winnings are within NetBet's limits.

1.2.4.        The minimum stake for pre-live and live bets is £0.10.

1.2.5.        There is no maximum limit set for bets. However, we reserve the right to limit the maximum stake for some bets. If a Player places a bet with a stake that exceeds the limit set by us, the system will accept the bet only up to the limit of the maximum limit and inform the Player.

1.2.6.        You understand and agree that you will only be entitled to withdraw the winnings generated from bonuses (e.g. free bets) after you have completed the Playthrough for all bonuses received.

1.2.7.        You can only withdraw amounts you have won excluding your free bet amount, which cannot be withdrawn.

1.3.    Sports Bets Promotions

1.3.1.        A Player cannot use bonuses (e.g. free bets) to bet on combination bets unless a deposit has first been made.

1.3.2.        To withdraw winnings generated by using a bonus amount, the bonus (or other promotions) must be bet a certain number of times on one or more bets on different matches in order to meet the Playthrough requirements. The requirement will vary based on each single promotion. More information can be found in the Bonus section of our Terms and Conditions.

1.3.3.        Some promotions are restricted to customers who have received an email, SMS or push notification inviting them to participate. Those Players that have not been contacted will not be eligible to take part.

1.3.4.        If you have been notified of a restriction from free bets promotions, you will not qualify for any promotions. Please note that any such exclusion will not affect any free bet you have already placed and you will still be able to receive the benefits of any free bet promotion that you have started qualifying for or already qualified for prior to the restriction.

2.1.            Bets are only valid if they are accepted by the NetBet servers. Until the bet is accepted by the NetBet server, all information regarding a bet or game simply represents an invitation to play and/or bet.

2.2.            To place a bet, the Player must have sufficient funds in their Account.

2.3.            Only bets placed from the Player's Account will be accepted and all the winnings that the Player has obtained from the Services will be credited to the Player's Account. Subject to this, the Player can make deposits or withdrawals on the page "My Account".

2.4.            We reserve the right to void, cancel or limit any bet, at the sole discretion of NetBet, for any reason whatsoever. If a bet is considered or declared to be invalid by us, the amounts deducted from the Player's Account for this bet will be credited to the Player's Account.

Capitalised terms not defined in these Special Terms shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

1.1.            For more information about the contribution percentage (the percentage that a certain game contributes to the overall Playthrough requirement) of all our games, please consult the Casino FAQ section in the Help Centre.

2.1.            Players who have an active bonus in their Account are not entitled to take part in Multiplayer Roulette.

2.2.            If a Player registers a deposit in order to receive a bonus and/or to use a reward code and the deposit is then withdrawn, all pending/queue bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3.            Only real money wagers are accepted on the Websites Live Dealers. Therefore, no bonuses can be claimed on the Websites Live Dealers.

3.1.            Players of MegaJackpots games can click here to find dedicated Terms and Conditions.

4.1.            NetEnt Pooled Jackpot Games and mobile versions of Pooled Jackpot Games (Hall of Gods, Arabian Nights, Mega Fortune & Mega Fortune Dreams) even if a local Licence is held, are not authorised in the following jurisdictions: Azerbaijan, China, Curacao, Denmark, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Qatar, Russia, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine.

4.2.            Verification of win and transfer of funds. Upon the Pooled Jackpot being won, an automated pop-up will notify the winning Player that he/she has won the jackpot. The pop-up will indicate the value of the win in the Player currency. NetEnt will, as soon as reasonably possible, verify and validate the exact amount of the winning by calculating the number of rounds played up to the time the jackpot is won. The automatic pop-up does not confirm the jackpot has been won and is not to be paid to Players until NetEnt has completed sufficient checks to authenticate winnings and transfer funds.

4.3.            Once confirmed, the jackpot fund will be transferred in Euros and Players will support any risk resulting from any currency fluctuations in case their account is in another currency and has to be converted.
