Theme and Appearance

Appearance-wise, Ocean's Treasure looks fantastic. The graphics are mesmerising, and the enchanted soundtrack adds a touch of mystery to the game. The reels themselves are encased by a stone carving, with warriors and octopus tentacles as the main attraction. As you'd expect, the reels are filled with theme-fitting symbols including stylised A, K, Q and K royals as the low-payers. You'll also see compasses, keys, messages in bottles and precious stones as the higher paying symbols. The latter is the most rewarding, paying 6, 35 or 100x your stake for landing 3, 4 or 5 on a payline. The trident is the regular wild and appears in both the Free Spins feature and the base game. Like most wilds, it substitutes for all symbols bar the scatter to help form a winning combination. There's also a stacked wild, which takes the form of Sigyn – this symbol only appears during the base game. Finally, you'll see the scatter symbol, which is represented by a treasure chest. This is used to activate the Free Spins round, which we'll discuss in more detail a little later.

Betting and Prizes

Ocean's Treasure has a betting range between 15p and £300 per spin. This wide range makes the slot suitable for players of all sorts – even those with a smaller bankroll. Without the help of bonus symbols, the most you can win in this game is 100x your stake. This can be achieved by landing 5 of the top-paying diamond symbols on a payline. During the Free Spins feature, prizes can increase dramatically due to the 5 levels and multipliers up to 12x. If you manage to reach level 5, you'll play with a 12x multiplier and a potential top prize of 18,000x your stake per spin. Level 1 comes with a 3x multiplier, giving you a top prize of 4500x your stake. Level 2 has a 5x multiplier, providing a top prize of 7500x your stake. Level 3 has a multiplier of 7x, giving you a top prize of 10,500x your stake. Level 4 has a 9x multiplier, providing a top prize of 13,500x your stake. Finally, Level 5 comes with a 12x multiplier, giving you a top prize of 18,000x your stake – the most you can win in the slot. The RTP of Ocean's Treasure is 95.99%, which is just a touch below the industry average of 96.

Slot Features

Ocean's Treasure comes with one key bonus feature – the Free Spins round. Below, we explore this in more detail.

Free Spins Feature

This slot is all about the Free Spins feature. This is activated by landing 3 of the treasure chest scatter symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5 simultaneously. When you trigger the round, you'll be awarded 10 free spins and begin on level 1 with a 3x multiplier. Each time you land a wild on the grid, 2 extra free spins are added to your total. Additionally, the Level Meter is filled by half – if you land another wild, the meter will fill, and you'll progress to the next level. There are 5 levels in total, and the multiplier increases with each one. During level 1, you'll benefit from a 3x multiplier. In level 2, you'll get a 5x multiplier. Level 3 comes with a 7x multiplier. Level 4 boasts a 9x multiplier and level 5 comes with the top multiplier of 12x.

Each time you land a wild during the Free Spins feature, another 2 free spins will be added to your tally. You can win up to 102 free spins in total. Furthermore, if you reach level 5, you'll receive a cash bonus of 100x your total stake – impressive, right?
