Before being withdrawn, bonus offers on NetBet Sport must be wagered according to the conditions set out below.
Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions must be applied:
HOW TO PLAY YOUR BONUS:
All bonuses can be bet several times. All bet types count towards the wagering, except Virtual Sports bets. Bonus conditions vary according to each promotion. Please refer to the individual offer conditions.
Generally speaking, the bonus amount received must be wagered one or more times on Single or Combo bets. Each event must have minimum odds. Otherwise, bets placed will not be taken into account for the bonus conditions.
Your bonus will be released fully when all bets are closed.
If your balance includes real money and a bonus, the real money will be used first. Bets placed with real money will also count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements for a bonus.
Deposit bonuses always take priority over general bets, regardless of the date they were activated. For example, if you have received a Free Bonus, then a deposit bonus just afterward, you must fulfil the conditions of the deposit bonus first.
The first settled bet will count for the rollover of the bonus when it comes to duplicate bets.
Multiple bets on the same event but different markets will not count towards the wagering requirements. Only the first qualifying bet will be considered upon settlement. If a player has multiple active sport bonuses, the duplicate bet for one bonus could be counted and wagered for some of the other bonuses the player has.
Duplicate bets are not counted towards the bonus wagering requirements as follows:
Duplicate bets for single bets are considered as any bets that are placed on the same sporting event after the first qualifying bet was wagered on the bonus.
For example, if a player bets £20 on Arsenal to beat Chelsea, and then another £10 for Chelsea to beat Arsenal. The wagering requirement should consider only the first settled bet of £20, to not open space for abuse.
NOTE: If a player has multiple active sport bonuses, and a duplicate bet for one bonus, it could be counted and wagered for any of the next bonuses which the player has.
For Snap Bets, the same requirements as single bets are applied. So, if a player places two Snap Bets on the same event, then only the first settled bet placed will be counted. In situations where a player has multiple bonuses, then the second bet could be taken into consideration for another bonus if eligible.
If a player places the same selection for Arsenal to beat Chelsea within a Combo Bet, after they have already placed it as a Single Bet, the Combo Bet will be counted as a valid bet and will be wagered for the bonus (if it qualifies in general towards the bonus conditions).
If a player places two identical Combo Bets (in terms of sport, league, event, market, and selections), which meet the bonus definition, we will consider the second bet as a duplicate of the first one, and only the first settled bet will be counted towards the wagering for the bonus.
If a player places two Combo Bets on the same events and markets, but the picks are on different outcomes/selections (e.g. one combo is on Event 1 – home win, Event 2 – home win, Event 3 -home win, whereas another combo is on Event 1 – away win, Event 2 – away win, Event 3 – away win), we will not consider them as duplicate bets and both can contribute toward the wagering.
Bet Maker is counted towards the wagering requirements using the same logic used for combos.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY BONUS BALANCE?
You can see the details of your bonus and real money balance by going to My Account, then clicking on Bonus History. If you have multiple active bonuses, you should release them one by one in chronological order by fulfilling the respective wagering requirements.
Bonus priority is set from oldest to newest by bonus creation/given date. If there is an Opened status bonus (bonus with qualifying conditions), it will be wagered as the first priority, as we require the player to wager their deposited amount to unlock the bonus funds.
However, all deposit bonuses will take priority over all Free Bet bonuses, regardless of when the bonus was activated. For example, if you activated a Free Bet bonus first, and then activated a deposit bonus shortly after that, you would need to fulfil the requirements of the deposit bonus before the Free Bet bonus.
HOW LONG IS MY BONUS VALID?
To take full advantage of a bonus, you must fulfil the wagering requirements within 30 days. If not, your bonus and winnings derived from bonus bets will be cancelled. The expiry date will be counted from the time the bonus is credited to your account.
If your balance reaches zero (£0.00), you have no open bets in your account, and you have not fulfilled the bonus requirements, all of your bonuses will be lost.
WHEN CAN I MAKE A WITHDRAWAL?
All withdrawal requests made while you still have one or more active bonuses will lead to the automatic deletion of your bonus balance and related winnings. If one or more of your bonuses are in the process of being validated, a message will appear on your screen before you make the withdrawal warning you of the potential loss of funds.
Winnings from a bet placed with real money, are returned to the balance as real money.
Winnings of a bet placed with bonus money are returned to the bonus balance.
Winnings of a bet placed with mixed funds (real and bonus), are paid back in the same proportions as the stake. (For example, a bet of £100, with €60 real and £40 bonus money, with odds of 2.0, it will be paid back £120 to real balance and £80 to the bonus balance).
Bonus money from one bonus can contribute as part of the wagering requirements of a second bonus.
A player has two bonuses. Bonus A for £50, Bonus B for £50. Total bonus balance £100.
A player places a bet of £100 (including £50 from both bonuses). The bet fits the requirement for Bonus A. In what is left to wager for Bonus A, we should count £100 as the wagered amount. If the bet wins, the winnings should be split proportionally as the amount is taken from more than one bonus.
The following type of bets do not count for the bonus wagering conditions: cancelled bets, Cashed Out bets, bets refunded if draw (Draw No Bet) and bets placed with Free Bets.
Bonus offers can only be claimed once.
In case of bonus abuse, NetBet reserves the right to deduct the bonus and the earnings generated from it from the player's account.
All of our offers are limited to one person per family, household, email address, telephone number, account number (e.g. linked to a credit card or debit card) and shared computer (e.g. in a public space or work place).
NetBet can, at its sole discretion, restrict eligibility of the conditions to take part in promotions and reserves the right to change, cancel, or retract these conditions.
WHAT IS A FREE BET?
A Free Bet is a bet you can place without using your available real money balance.
Winnings from Free Bets are net: The Free Bet amount is not included in the overall winning amount. For example, if you place a Free Bet of £10 with odds of 10.00. If you win the bet, you'll be credited with your net gains i.e. £90 [= (£10 x 10) - £10] in cash.
Free Bets are paid in cash: They can be withdrawn with no subsequent conditions.
Free Bets can only be used once (one time): if a Free Bet is only partially used (ex: £1 used out of a £5 Free Bet), the remaining amount will be lost.
Except when subject to particular conditions, Free Bets can be used on any kind of sport and on any bet type (with the exception of System bets) - and there are no restrictions on odds.
HOW DO I USE MY FREE BET?
To use a Free Bet, click on any In-Play or pre-match event you wish to bet on.
The Free Bet option will appear on your bet slip. Then, all you have to do is select the Free Bet you want to use.
In the event that the amount that you have wagered exceeds the Free Bet amount, your real money will be used to make up the missing amount.
